Calling All Chefs!!

Okay people.  Yesterday, I had turkey sausage patties for breakfast; I had one filet-o-fish sandwich for lunch; and I had black beans and rice (two fist fulls), caramelized plantains (5), a small salad, a half pattie of shrimp egg foo young, and a chocolate donut for snack. 

This morning, I feel a bit heavier, but who knows what is going on with my magical metabolism.  I am off to WaWa for a large egg and sauteed onion sub sandwich!  Let the battle to gain weight continue! 

Help me out "chefs"!
