Can I Do It??

The myth of the "middle aged spread" has escaped me. At 5'8", 127.5 lbs, and "fortyish", I am on a quest to gain between 12-15 pounds in thirty days by eating meatless dishes.  If you have a recipe that contains no meat, then please submit it to me.  WARNING:  My metabolism is high!  To help myself out though, there will be no treks to the gym three times per week.  Until I gain my much needed weight, "Mr. Gym" will see me only once a week.  O'kay, let the submissions begin!!
