C'mon Pounds!!!

mms_picture.jpgWell now, this is a big start.  How many calories are here, I don't know. I  just know that I  will be weighing myself on Tuesday, April 12th-- let's see what I get! OH PLEASE LET ME TILT THE SCALE AT 130 lbs. (minimum)!!

Oh yeah! Today's breakfast consists of turkey links (6), orange juice, Boost, one bagel, one blueberry muffin, and scrambled eggs! Yum!

  1. Crepes for breakfast
1.In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup of half and half, 1/2 cup of 1% milk, 2 TBSP of melted butter, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract and 2 eggs.
2.Slowly add 1 cup of unbleached all purpose flour till you get a smooth mixture.
3.Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Pour the batter onto the pan using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
4.Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Then use a spatula to turn and cook the other side.
    5. Get syrup or jelly with no high fructose corn syrup in it. (Always eat healthy.)
    6. Complete with hot chocolate milk.
    7. I believe 5-6 crepes daily will help you gain some weight whilw still eating healthy.
    ENJOY

  2. Thank you! This is easy enough for me to attempt on Friday! Today was a "hustle and bustle day" so I better eat twice as much tomorrow! I can't wait to taste this... :)
